Some questions we are often asked
How do you ensure trustworthy tenants?
Through rigorous referencing which usually includes a landlord reference, income / employment reference and a credit check. If a guarantor is required, they will also be vetted.
When do i get paid?
Rents are paid by bank transfer within 4 days of receipt each month. You will be able to view your income and remittance statement via the client’s portal each month.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Don’t worry; we have built a strong team of in house maintenance and contractors and have full confidence in them. Tenants are provided with a 24/7 assistance if needed.
